Pressure recorder autonomous RDA-L

Special geophysical systems

Pressure recorder autonomous RDA-L

Purpose and scope

Autonomous pressure recorder RDA-L is designed to measure and record pressure and temperature in an autonomous mode in technological installations of oil and gas producing and oil refining enterprises, heat power engineering and water supply enterprises .

Explosion protection RDA-L is ensured by enclosing electrical parts in a flameproof enclosure SWS-26 with explosion protection marking 1ExdIICT6 in accordance with GOST IEC 60079-0-2011.

Declaration of conformity of the Customs Union TC N RU D-RU.AB45.B.76552.

The principle of operation of the RDA-L

Information is recorded in digital form in the internal memory of the device. Flash memory is used as memory microcircuits, which allows you to save information when the power supplies are off. Recording of readings of pressure, temperature (if there is a remote sensor) and power supply voltage is performed with a specified period from 1 to 255 seconds. The step for setting the measurement period is 1 second.

After the measurement process, the information is read into a computer for processing and analysis. Data can be displayed on a computer screen in digital and graphic form, printed on a printer or transferred to other data processing programs.

The RDA-L is configured and the accumulated information is read from it via the USB channel.

In the embodiment with the wireless communication unit controlled by the current values of pressure are transmitted via radio and Wireless indicator (BI) may receive data from up to 3 0 meters in the open space.

wireless display from Pressure recorder autonomous RDA-L

How the wireless indicator works

To display the current readings of all DAM-A on the wireless display is necessary to select the serial number of the DAM-A and closer to it at a distance of no more than 3 0 meters to the line of sight (of reliable reception zone). The indicator will automatically start receiving data and displaying it on the screen.

There is also a HOLD function for fixing the current data, a function for monitoring the discharge of the battery, a function for displaying communication with the RDA-L unit.
